  3. You must specify the reason for the return.
If you are having trouble reaching your invoice, you can access your invoice in the following 2 ways.

1. You can access your invoice by clicking on My Account> My Orders> Order Details page on our web page.
2. If you send your invoice request via the channel below, it will be sent to your membership e-mail address.

Return steps:

1. Go to "My Orders" from the "My Account" section on algolina.com.
2. Click the "Order details" button and view the details of your order.
3. Press the product return button.
4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return. If you have purchased the same product more than once, you must also select the number of items to be returned.
5. Make your choice of shipping.
6. Take note of the return code on the screen. You can also access your return shipping code from the notification message sent to your membership e-mail address.
7. Put the invoice with the items to be returned in a single package.
8. Deliver the package with the return shipping code to the cargo you choose within 7 days. After 7 days, you need to get a return shipping code again.
The return period is 7 days from the date you receive it.

To return your products for FREE, you must obtain a return shipping code. Contact us by phone or via WhatsApp to get a return shipping code.

You can return your products with the shipping company shown in the return step.

  • Untried
  • Unspoilt
  • They can be returned if they have not been used.
If the products reach us in a used, worn, or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.
You cannot pay with the cash on delivery option. We only accept credit card payments.

You can make the payment by credit card or debit card. After entering your card information, you can choose one of the installment options and complete your purchase, if they are available in installments.

There are no cash on delivery or money order payment options.

If you have forgotten your password, you can log in to your account by resetting the password.

The steps you will follow for this;

Click on 'I forgot my password' on the 'Member Login' page. When you enter your e-mail address for your membership and click 'Send', a link will be sent to your e-mail address.

You can create a new password by clicking on the incoming link.

If the link did not reach you, check your spam folder.

In addition, you can change your password at any time from the 'My Account> Password Change' section.

You can log in with the same social media account in your registered e-mail address or you can log in via SMS.

• You can follow the products you have purchased on the product detail page. You can also access the products you have purchased from the "My Order History" page in the "My Account" section.
• You can find out the status of your order by entering the shipping steps of your order in the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section after it is shipped.

If you have ordered the wrong product or if you have changed your mind, you can easily cancel your products before starting shipping preparations.

Refunds are completed within 2 business days. When your return is completed and your bank is returned, you will be notified by email.
